The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.



Delivery within UAE takes 1-3 working days while deliveries outside UAE takes 3-5 working days.

Item(s) are subject to RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND if Trendyme receives the item/s within:10 days


3 business days from date of delivery for orders placed within UAE

5 business days from date of delivery for orders placed outside UAE

The item(s) MUST physically be in our possession within the above time frame for the item to qualify for an exchange or refund. There are no exceptions to this rule.


The customer is responsible for the cost of sending the item/s back to Trendyme. The pick up cost is the same cost of the initial shipping.


Refunds are issued minus the cost of shipping via the same channel the item(s) were paid for eg. Cards, PayPal or Bank Transfer. The amount can also be credited to the user account as Trendyme Credits, which the user can use the points for another purchase.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Merchant must detail the return, refund, and cancellation policy clearly on the Website to inform Cardholders of their rights and responsibilities

The wrong product was sent by the merchant.

The product is defective.

The product was damaged in shipping.

The product is tampered.


ALL items must be received unworn, undamaged, free from blemishes and in its original packaging to qualify for an exchange or refund.

In the case that an item is received damaged, a refund or exchange will not be possible regardless of circumstance. The customer will be responsible for any shipping cost associated with resending it back to them.

SALE items or items bought with a discount code will NOT eligible for a refund or exchange regardless of circumstance. ONLY FULL PRICE items qualify for a refund or exchange.

In the case of an exchange, the customer is required to pay for any further delivery fee required.

The re-delivery fee is the same cost as the initial shipping fee charged when the item was first ordered.

Once we have received your return, an exchange will be shipped within 48 hours or a refund issued within 1-3 business days as the case may be.

Finally, for a swift and seamless process, kindly ensure that your return meets the above terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

The expected time span for reporting an item, goods or services ordered to be cancelled/replaced and the related conditions.
